Shipping
Most of the products available on Delphinitely Nails are custom-made or made-to-order. Thus, the processing time and shipment of an order heavily depends on the total amount of orders to process when the order is accepted. An estimated processing time is displayed on the shop’s home page.
Delphinitely Nails ships orders from France (Metropolitan Area) to France (Metropolitan Area + DROM-COM) and available destinations in the rest of the world through La Poste Colissimo (Standard Domestic/International Insured Shipping) and La Poste Lettre Suivie Internationale (Standard International Uninsured Shipping). A tracking number will be provided for every package.
Delivery to a pick up location though Mondial Relay is only available in France (Metropolitan area).

Tax & Duties
The buyer is responsible for all tax and duties that may incur upon delivery. If the buyer refuses or fails to pay these tax and duties, leading to package delivery failure, Delphinitely Nails will not be held liable and will not provide any refund.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Package
Delphinitely Nails will not be held liable for any lost, stolen or damaged package once it is shipped out and will not provide any refund.Incorrect Address
If the buyer provides an incorrect address and that package is sent back to Delphinitely Nails, they will be charged shipping fees to send it to the correct address.
However, please send an e-mail to contact@delphinitelynails.com if you have issues with the delivery of your order.
Returns
In accordance with the provisions of Art.L.121-21 of the French Consumption Code, the buyer is entitled to a cooling-off period of 14 days following the delivery of the products. However, please note that this cooling-off period does not apply to customized press on nails.Delphinitely Nails declines all responsibility if press on nails that are ordered in the wrong size and will not accept returns nor replace them for free.
If you have an issue with a product, please send an e-mail to contact@delphinitelynails.com. We will do our best to find a solution.
Products which can be returned shall be sent back whole (with accessories, notice, etc. if applicable) in their original package. The buyer shall bear the cost of shipping the product back to us. Delphinitely Nails will not be able to proceed to any cooling-off period refund if the package is incomplete, lost, stolen or damaged.
